Jim Ross:
"Batista's promo made me feel as if the Animal is losing his patience re: the World Title picture."
"Stephanie McMahon will be a significant upgrade over former GM Mike Adamle. Good move for Raw."
"John Cena coming through the crowd and genuinely interacting with them worked. A more aggressive, more physical Cena should help John in the long haul especially with young male fans.

Paul Heyman on new Jeff Hardy angle
Paul Heyman has posted another blog over on the UK Sun's website. This time he reacts to WWE's recent Jeff Hardy storyline that took place the morning of Survivor Series. Heyman writes, "Was it that WWE has blurred the line on its own in-house website, which is where news like Eddie Guerrero's death or the Chris Benoit family tragedy has been first broken? Was it the eerie feeling some people had on the morning of a big show, hearing about a top star being found unconscious in a hotel, invoking memories of Eddie and even Brian Pillman?"
D.H Smith claims he is better than other Second Generation Stars
Miami Herald:
"Well, this may sound kind of brash, but I think that I'm better than all of them," Smith proudly claimed. "Joe Hennig is good. Ted DiBiase Jr. has certainly worked hard enough to get to his position, but they aren't from the dungeon. It's only going to be a matter of time before I go up to SmackDown, and then I'm going to show the wrestling world exactly why I am the past, present and future."

Major Incident at TNA Hotel
Apparently an unidentified drunk man got into a scuffle with Hack Meyers, who is a former ECW talent that helps with TNA in its backstage department. The incident escalated when the drunk man's wife got involved, and TNA stars Homicide and Brother Devon had to get involved to calm the situation down. That attempt failed when the couple began making racist remarks towards Devon and Homicide and the police were called. Despite Atlas security stepping in and aiding in controlling the chaos, the couple continued their tirade until they were removed from the hotel by local authorities. It's being reported that no TNA talents were arrested during the altercation.

Vince Changing More Storylines Than Usual
As of late, there have been massive changes in the original scripts of WWE programming to how they are presented on air. The scripts are usually finalized by Friday and then presented to Vince McMahon. McMahon will often rubber stamp the scripts, but as of late, the finished scripts have been completely altered to his liking. Ultimately, it's always Vince McMahon's decisions at the end of day regarding what goes on the air, more so than usual these days.
Bret Hart Comments On Screw Job And Ric Flair's Wrestling Style
The Montreal Screwjob:"I think that’s what Vince (McMahon) was looking for. That’s all anybody ever does. Everyone is so job scared. But for me it was different. I grew up with wrestling, like Vince did. It was my whole life, and my whole family had given so much or the industry. And I thought about how much it would hurt my father at home and my kids were watching. I thought what I did and how I handled things was a defining moment for me and my character – not my wrestling character, but my own character as a human being. I always thought it was the best thing I ever did."
Working With Ric Flair: "People always talk about who the best wrestlers are. I actually go to maybe too much of an explanation about someone like Ric Flair for example. They rave about Ric Flair about being this great, great wrestler. And he was a great wrestler in many ways. But, in a lot of ways, like working with him in the ring, he was not so great. And for someone to contest that with me or argue with me that I don’t know what I’m talking about, things like that drive me crazy. Because it’s not true. They don’t know what they’re talking about. I know. I’ve worked with some of the greatest wrestlers of all time."
